go out Salsa Dancing! It’s a great way to check
out a salsa club and try out the steps you’ve learned in class.

By paying ahead of time, you receive a discount off the regular admission plus there will be reserved table seating. Please know, seating is on a first come, first served basis. If you pay at the door, tickets are $15+. Remember, a free salsa class is included with admission starting at 8:30 p.m.

ANNUAL
PERFORMANCES :
Once a year during the Spring, we have two different performances
to participate in. It’s A LOT of work, but we have sooo much fun!
Of course, there are scheduled classes and costume requirements in order
to participate in the shows and you must be able to memorize and capably
perform a choreographed routine. AND, it takes a lot of practice time
on your own. But, the big payoff is giving a performance in front of a
live audience of hundreds of people – it’s a HUGE RUSH!
Information on participating/attending the performances will be posted
on this page and announced in classes starting in February or March.
Annual Spring Performance
Garri Dance Studio
The studio has an annual performance to showcase its students and classes.
Students of Bodygroove can also participate. Again, this is a performance
in front of a very large live audience and the show is usually held the
end of May or June.

Spring Fling
City of Burbank
Spring Fling is an annual event (going on 38 years) sponsored by the City
of Burbank. This event showcases students that have taken classes in Burbank’s
Park, Recreation & Community Services Program. This annual event has
hundreds of participants and a huge auditorium packed full of audience
viewers. This is a big event for the City and is much anticipated by both
participants and viewers. It’s a great chance to perform in front
of an audience (remember, there are literally hundreds of people) and
show all that you’ve learned in class. It’s exciting, fun,
a bit nerve-racking and exhilarating all at the same time! Last but not
least, the show is taped and broadcast on Burbank’s Public Access
Channel for over a month, so all your friends, family and neighbors get
to see you on T.V.! Invite family and friends – it’s FREE!

SALSA CLASS:
A free salsa class is periodically hosted by Bodygroove with the City of
Burbank and another one by Bodygroove in Las Vegas. It's a great way for people to try salsa dancing before signing
up for a full session. This event is open for anyone that is interested
- any new, current or even past student is welcome. Please share with
family, friends and co-workers. Please RSVP by e-mail if you are attending
and how many in your party. Your spot will be held until the start of
class.
