The 2” Cuban heel offers height while not putting too much pressure on the ball of your foot.
The thicker heel also offers better stability than on a tapered heel, especially if you don’t wear
high heels often or at all. It’s very stylish and looks terrific with pants or a dress. This shoe

Excellent lightweight dance sneaker with turnspot on the ball of the foot. Heel is slightly raised to keep you on the balls of your feet and not flatfooted. This is an excellent dance sneaker for $49 (includes tax) and is very lightweight and flexible. Same shoe for ladies and men.
